Jean McBride (M.S. LMFT) is passionate about helping couples divorce well. For more than
twenty-five years she has worked as a licensed marriage and family therapist
specializing in issues related to divorce, remarriage and stepfamilies, parenting after
divorce, divorce adjustment, children and divorce, and child development.

Since 1994, through her company Divorce Transitions, she has developed and
taught parenting after divorce classes to over 20,000 parents. Jean is the author of
Encouraging Words for New Stepmothers, and Talking to Children About Divorce. You

home in northern Colorado in the foothills of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
