Elizabeth Heck is a herbalist with over 20 years experience working with plant medicines. She is a graduate from the University of Minnesota and continued her education apprenticing with world-renowned herbalists Rosemary Gladstar and Matthew Wood.



Her speciality is formulating herbal products for both therapeutic and topical use. Elizabeth is an herbal entrepreneur who successfully founded a botanical products company and an all-natural line of skin care products.



She is a frequent lecturer at herbal conferences such as the International Herb Symposium which invites top presenters from around the world. Herbal conferences closer to home include the New England Woman’s Herbal Conference and the Midwest Woman’s Herbal Conference. She additionally enjoys teaching at other venues including the legendary Sage Mountain Herbal Retreat Center. Elizabeth's teaching's are truly empowering and engaging.
