You will start with the Bodyweight programme, which is a high intensity 7 day bodyweight workout programme designed to burn calories & build muscle.
The 30 Day Yoga course is aimed at all levels with videos and practices for beginners, intermediate and advanced. The 30 day system, which includes video, audio classes, meditations and ebooks) will maximise your results in 1 hour per day.
Finally you will be able to adapt what you have learnt in the Yoga and Pilates course to the more obscure and unique medically assisted type of yoga, Ayurverda. With origins in ancient Asia, it has helped people for centuries and is based around the belief that many of our modern ills have come about because we are imbalanced, physically and mentally. This particular course offers a fundamental foundation for those interested in investing in their health.
